1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

1 for $5.00;
3 for $10.00;
7 for $20.00;
20 for $50.00;
50 for $100.00;
150 for $250.00;
500 for $500.00;
1200 for $1,000.00;

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Draw
50/50 draw: December 22, 2025 at 9:30:00 a.m. EST

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at COPE, 32 Dufferin St., Fort Erie, ON L2A 2T5

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://cope.rafflenexus.com/winners on December 22, 2025.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by Fort Erie Radio live on air by phone.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee and Fort Erie Radio.

No tickets will be purchased by the COPE Board of Directors or its employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

COPE and Fort Erie Radio do not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to customer service by emailing: hello@forterieradio.ca. Complaints will be reviewed by Fort Erie Radio staff and forwarded to COPE's raffle administrators if necessary.

7. Other

Please email our team at hello@forterieradio.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
