The 2024 COPE Christmas Cash Split
Rules of Play for 50/50 Electronic Raffle:
- Purchaser must be 18 years of age or older to play and in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
- Tickets are: 1 - $10, 10 - $50, 25 - $100, 100 - $250, and 250 - $500
- Tickets are purchased online through our lottery vendor Raffle Nexus Canada Inc. at rafflenexus.com
- Players will receive a 2024 COPE Christmas Cash Split to the email specified at time of purchasing, after the purchase is completed and payment is processed. Numbers are generated randomly by the vendors lottery system; no specific numbers can be given.
- The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG) of our raffle vendor. Winner(s) will be verified against the information on file when the ticket was purchased through our website.
- Winners will be notified by phone on air from Fort Erie Radio. If we cannot reach the winner by phone after 2 attempts, an email will be sent provided at time of purchase.
- Winners will be posted online at forterieradio.ca and cope.rafflenexus.com
- Winners will be requested to produce government photo identification that matches details in our vendors lottery system for the ticket(s) purchased. Winners will be asked to consent to release of their names and/or pictures by licensee. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
- All prizes will be paid by cheque and in Canadian Funds. Arrangements will be made with the winners when they are notified and verified as to the manner that they will receive their cheque. Cheques may be picked up in person with prior notice at Community Outreach Program Erie 32 Dufferin St. Fort Erie, Ontario, or arrangements made to send cheques via registered mail to winners verified address.
- Any prizes which are not claimed will be secured and placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw.
- If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize monies will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)
- The following individuals are not eligible to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win: Community Outreach Program Erie Staff and volunteer Board of Directors; as well as their spouses, children and children-in-law.

- The draw will take place at COPE (32 Dufferin, Fort Erie Ontario) and announced live on air at Fort Erie Radio on December 20, 2024, at 9am.
- If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased. Changes to draw dates for any reason require the prior approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario prior to implementation.
